1. About these terms

These terms cover your use of the Royal Retreat Pedispa website and any message you send us through it, together with the salon policies that apply when you visit. They do not change any rights you have under Texas consumer law.

2. Appointments and walk-ins

Walk-ins are welcome Monday to Saturday; Sunday visits are by appointment only. Booked appointments are held for ten minutes past the start time, after which we may move you to the next available time so the guests after you are not delayed. Please call if you are running late.

3. Pricing

Every service shows a cash price and a card price. Prices marked "+" are starting prices: the final price depends on nail length, shape, design and any removal needed, and we confirm your total before any work begins. Gift cards are available in the salon.

4. Fixes and refunds

If something lifts or chips shortly after your visit, come back in and we will put it right — tell us as soon as you notice. Once a service is completed and paid for, no refunds are available. We reserve the right to refuse service.

5. Promotions and gift cards

Promotions are subject to availability, cannot be combined unless stated, and may be changed or withdrawn at any time. The current terms of any offer are the ones given at the front desk. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash.

6. Your health and safety

Tools and stations are cleaned between guests and single-use items are used where appropriate. Please tell your technician about any allergy, skin condition, recent injury or pregnancy before your service starts so we can adapt what we use. We may decline a service where doing it would risk your health.

7. Information we collect

When you send a message we collect your name, phone number, email address and your message. We also record technical details of the request — your IP address, browser and the page you submitted from — to help us respond and to detect abuse.

8. How we use it

We use your details to reply to you and to keep a record of the message. We do not sell your information. We share it only with the service providers who help us run this website and our email, or where the law requires it.

9. Photographs

We photograph finished sets for our gallery and social media. If you would rather we did not photograph your nails, tell your technician — it is no trouble.

10. Cookies

This site sets a session cookie so forms work, remembers your light or dark mode choice in your browser, and uses analytics cookies to understand which pages are useful. You can clear or block cookies in your browser and the site will still work.

11. Security

Traffic to this site is encrypted and messages are stored in a system only authorised staff can reach. Please do not send card numbers or other payment details through this website.

12. Your choices

You can ask us to correct or delete the details you submitted, or to stop contacting you, by calling or emailing the salon. We will act on the request promptly.

13. Links to other sites

This site links to third-party services such as Google, Facebook, Instagram and our booking provider. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

14. Changes

We may update this page. The effective date above shows when it was last revised, and continuing to use the site means you accept the current version.
